Testing

Copy your userkey.pem and usercert.pem files to .globus on lxplus, if you have not already done so. If you only have the certificate in .p12 format, ConvertYourGridCertificateToOtherFormats first!

Interactive GridCert

• Login to lxplus and do

setupATLAS
diagnostics
gridCert

• Check that all tests pass above. It may take up to 24h for rucio to pick up your changes.

AMI

If pyami fails with your certificate in the previous section (gridCert) then do this. Otherwise skip it.

• Launch Firefox and go to AMI Getting Started.
• Follow the instructions to verify your account and if necessary attach your User Grid Certificate.

Support

• If you see issues, cut and paste the output from your terminal (not screen shots). If they are from your browser, send screen shots.
• Be as detailed as possible to show the error and what you did to encounter it.
• Do not respond by private mail, send mail to DAST eGroup (hn-atlas-dist-analysis-help@cern.ch)
