SL7 Testing - libgmp.so.3 issue

Summary

SL7 does not provide libgmp.so3. Many analy KV fail because of this - it turns out that these are all gcc 4.3.5 releases (note, with some exceptions, prod KV pass since they do not do compilations). gcc 4.3.6 releases all pass because gcc 4.3.6 provides these libraries:

Note: this is ignoring releases < 17.2.0; I suspect that if this is fixed, many releases older than this will pass.

Possible Solution

Note that afs has a patched version of gcc4.3.5 that will address this issue;
